Best Primary, Junior or Youth Church Choir

Eva and Bill Bettger were influential elementary and secondary school music teachers in London, ON. They shared their passion for music with their students in bands, choirs and other ensembles. Bill was especially proud to be the founding Artistic Program Leader at Lester B Pearson School for the Arts.

Eva and Bill shared the Music Ministry at Colborne Street United Church for three decades where they conducted cherub, primary, youth and adult choirs. They supported the wider community of music in London and area through volunteering, accompanying, conducting, and by attending concerts.

Bill passed away in July 2024 after a cancer diagnosis. Eva continues to attend concerts and play the piano for any willing audience!
