Frank Barrett spent forty years as a performer and music educator in the London area. He performed with the London Symphony for many years, area concert bands and dance bands as well as four seasons with the Stratford Festival orchestra. Mr. Barrett was a music instructor and department head at Lucas and Westminster Secondary School for many years. He was a regular participant in the Kiwanis Music Festivals in Toronto and London . Mr. Barrett was Chairperson of the new Kiwanis Music Festival of London Inc. from 1995 to 2000. The 40th Anniversary Concert celebrating forty years of Kiwanis and Music was dedicated to him November 28, 2000 at Centennial Hall.

For decades Patricia was an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer. She was always grateful for the many wonderful relationships she developed through her tireless work with both the Kiwanis Music Festival and at the Parkwood Hospital library.
